What is an official translation in Colombia?
A translation signed and sealed by an official translator and interpreter accredited in Colombia. It is the one accepted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, notaries, universities, courts and other public bodies.
Do I apostille or translate first?
Usually the original document is apostilled first and then everything is translated, including the apostille. Some countries also require the translation to be apostilled. We tell you the correct order for your destination.
What if the destination country does not accept the apostille?
Then consular legalization is needed: a chain of stamps that ends at that country's embassy or consulate. We handle the whole chain.
Can I do everything without being in Colombia?
